
Every year on the lead up to Christmas we like to challenge ourselves and our members to get in the best shape possible for Christmas and our famous Christmas party!
We ramp up the accountability and group challenges!
We understand how hard the darker nights can be and naturally motivation tends to drop off towards the end of the year with most people throwing in the towel telling themselves they will start again in January!

Finish this year on a high with a community of like minded people and expert coaches who will be with you every time you step in the door!

Mix & match any of our group sessions to suit each you each week:
6am / 7am / 9:30am
5pm / 6pm / 7pm
We encourage everyone from all packages to take part and then celebrate with our Christmas Party at the end. We officially begin in September but you can get started ASAP!
